Laura Ann Bell and I have worked together over the past few years with the Office of the Ombudsman and in 2025 decided to formally collaborate as DesignLABxKA to support third and public sector organisations with their public reporting needs. Laura brings decades of experience in brand strategy, marketing and visual design. I bring expertise in reporting strategy, systems and process design, narrative development and project leadership.

We assess an organisation's reporting workflow, compliance needs, audience targets and distribution plans, and recommend a structure that fits its strategic direction and team capacity. The result is a clear, practical plan: what to produce, when, and for whom.

Training & Capacity Building

Recent Work
Our most recent work includes OUTBermuda's 2025 Annual Impact Report. We also worked with OUTBermuda to build their reporting infrastructure, empowering them to continue increasing their reporting capacity independently.

Kristen and Laura worked with our Office on five reports tabled in the House of Assembly from 2023 onward — three annual reports and two special reports — and I am genuinely delighted to recommend their work.
