What I've Built So Far

Compliance, built to standard

Authored an institutional membership re-validation submission end to end, ensuring full compliance across every governance and operational criterion.

Data that withstands scrutiny

Delivered the data auditing and statistical analysis behind a public-sector annual report, working with a dataset of around 300 entries to ensure accurate tracking and outputs that could withstand scrutiny.

Defensible frameworks

Designed a structured jurisdictional assessment framework to support consistent and defensible decisions on which matters fell within an accountability organisation's remit, bringing method to these judgements.

Systems that last

Designed and introduced an employee performance appraisal system, built for a small team and structured to scale, turning an area with no formal process into a consistent framework for internal planning and review.
